Custom Jewelry Policy

Custom jewelry commissions at Amazing Jewelry are coming soon. Join the VIP waitlist at Custom Jewelry and we will text and email when private 1-of-1 consultations open. Custom checkout is not available yet.

When the Salon Opens

Atelier will be a private salon for made-to-order pieces in solid 925 sterling silver. Until then, shop the live catalog. Do not send a custom deposit unless we have opened commissions and emailed you.

Non-Returnable Once Production Begins

Custom, engraved, and made-to-order Atelier pieces are non-returnable once production begins. A required checkbox agreement (and related confirmation) must be accepted before the design proceeds. This matches our storefront footer and Returns & Refunds policy.

Timelines

After design approval and order placement, custom pieces typically need 5–8+ business days for design verification and production before dispatch, consistent with our Shipping Policy. Transit time is additional. Total delivery time is longer than standard catalog fulfillment.

Design Files & Renders

• Renders and design outputs are licensed for producing your specific order.
• Amazing Jewelry may retain renders for support, quality control, and order records.
• Customers do not receive manufacturer CAD source files unless we expressly offer them in writing. Default: order fulfillment only.

Metals & Stones

Custom pieces use premium materials consistent with our catalog standards, including 925 sterling silver options and carefully set stones (Moissanite, High-Carbon Diamonds, Amazing Crystals / AAA Crystals, pearls, and other options shown in Atelier). Stones are set with hand-finished quality control before dispatch.
