At Amazing Jewelry (A.J.), we stand behind the exceptional quality of every piece we create. If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return the item(s) for a full refund. Please review our guidelines below to ensure a seamless return process.

Please note that we support refunds exclusively through PayPal and Payoneer.

Complimentary Return Shipping

We will gladly cover the return shipping costs in the following circumstances:

Manufacturing Defects: If your piece is found to have a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team to apply for a return. We will evaluate the item upon receipt. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items damaged through wear, misuse, or incorrect handling. Natural impurities are characteristic of genuine gemstones and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Items Not as Described: If the received item does not match the specifications or detailed description provided, please let us know which parameter differs. Please keep in mind that minor color variations may occur due to photographic lighting or screen settings. Additionally, images may be enlarged to show exquisite detail; as weight is the primary factor in the cost of fine silver, the physical dimensions of silver products may be smaller than fashion jewelry. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding sizing.

Shipment & Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team. We will resolve the issue as swiftly as possible, as your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Please note that all estimated delivery times are approximate and based on past delivery data. Shipping timeframes may be affected by public holidays, which are beyond our control, though normal service resumes immediately afterward.

Important Notice regarding Tariffs & Fees: For USPS shipments, tariffs are included, provided the declared value is under $60. Shipments via FedEx or DHL are subject to a 42.5% tax (comprising a 20% tariff, 10% general tax, and 12.5% jewelry tax).

Holiday Processing Schedule: Due to our annual spring holiday, all orders placed between February 9 and February 26, 2026, will be processed starting on February 27, 2026. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Non-Refundable Cases

We are unable to offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

The item (including but not limited to gemstones and metals) has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance.
The jewelry has been exposed to corrosive substances or harsh chemicals, which can permanently alter the appearance of sterling silver and gemstones. These substances include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas.

How to Initiate Your Return

To request a return or refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your item. Please format your email as follows:

Subject: [Your Order Number] Refund Application
Content: Reason for return (optional, required if requesting that we cover return shipping). Providing a photo or video of the item is highly recommended.
Packaging: Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition. If you no longer have the original packaging, please secure the item in a sturdy box with protective padding.

Once we receive and verify your return, our finance team will process your refund within 3 working days.
