Processing & Fulfillment

• Standard processing time: 1-3 business days.
• Custom designs, engraving, and personalized settings: 5-8 business days for design verification, QC, and premium boutique packaging.

Deliveries & Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Free shipping is provided automatically on all orders over $45. For orders below $45, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies. Standard transit time is 8-15 business days.
• Express Shipping: Expedited priority transit (DHL Express/FedEx) is available for $19.99 with an estimated transit time of 3-7 business days.

Tracking & In-Transit Delivery

Once dispatched from our Overseas Studio, a tracking code and carrier portal link will be forwarded directly to your email. Signature validation is required on all high-value shipments to ensure secure receipt.
