Shipping Policy

Every Amazing Jewelry order is packaged with care and dispatched from our Overseas Studio Workshop under boutique artisanal fulfillment.

Processing & Fulfillment

• Catalog items: handcrafted and hallmarked in 2–4 business days, then dispatched. US delivery is typically 5–9 business days via insured trackable courier.
• Custom designs, engraving, and personalized settings: made to order and non-returnable once production begins. Atelier commissions are coming soon — join the VIP waitlist.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Free on US orders $45+. Under $45, a flat fee of $5.95 applies. After dispatch, US delivery typically takes 5–9 business days; Canada typically 2–3 weeks.
• Express / Priority options: Available at checkout when offered (for example Priority Artisanal Express). Transit estimates vary by destination and carrier.

Tracking

When your package leaves the Overseas Studio Workshop, we email a tracking code and carrier link. High-value shipments may require signature on delivery.

Estimates & Holidays

Delivery times are estimates based on past orders and can be affected by public holidays, carrier volume, and destination checks. Normal service resumes after holiday periods.

Duties & Taxes

Depending on your destination, import duties or taxes may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout.
