Terms of Service

Welcome to Amazing Jewelry. By browsing amazinndeals.com, placing an order, or joining our Custom Jewelry waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products & Standards

Unless otherwise stated on a product page, silver pieces are solid 925+ sterling silver (minimum 92.5% purity). Our jewelry is designed to be nickel- and lead-free and aligned with EU EN-1811 and EN-12472 nickel-release standards for applicable metal surfaces.

Product names may use “Amazing Crystals” or “AAA Crystals” for crystal accents. Moissanite and High-Carbon Diamond product names are protected brand descriptors for those materials and are not re-labeled as crystals.

2. Orders & Pricing

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may cancel or refuse orders for fraud risk, inventory, pricing error, or policy violation. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. See Payment Methods.

4. Returns & Refunds

Eligible non-custom catalog items may be returned within 30 days after receipt under our Returns & Refunds policy. Custom, engraved, and Atelier made-to-order items are non-returnable once production begins.

5. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

You represent that content you upload (images, logos, text, inspiration) is yours to use. We may decline designs that appear to infringe third-party trademarks or copyrights. Design renders created for your order are licensed for producing that order; manufacturer CAD source files are not provided unless we expressly agree in writing.

6. Shipping

Shipping estimates and options are described in our Shipping Policy. Transit times are estimates and may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amazing Jewelry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes shall lie in courts located in Illinois, United States, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
