Is your jewelry authentic sterling silver?
Yes. Our silver pieces are solid 925 sterling silver (minimum 92.5% purity), finished for lasting wear. Applicable metal surfaces are designed to be nickel- and lead-free in line with EU EN-1811 and EN-12472 standards.
What are Amazing Crystals / AAA Crystals?
Amazing Crystals (also described as AAA Crystals) are our customer-facing name for brilliant crystal accents used across select designs. Moissanite and High-Carbon Diamond names are preserved for those premium materials.
What is Moissanite?
Moissanite is a high-brilliance gemstone known for exceptional fire and durability. Our Moissanite pieces are selected for clarity and brilliance suitable for everyday fine jewelry.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid harsh chemicals, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Store pieces dry and separately to reduce scratches. Gently clean with a soft cloth. See Non-Refundable cases in our Returns policy for damage from corrosive exposure.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Catalog pieces are handcrafted and hallmarked in 2–4 business days and delivered in 5–9 business days via insured trackable courier. Matching-set jewelry is made to order on the same window. Custom, engraved, and Atelier pieces take longer and are non-returnable once production begins. Canada typically takes 2–3 weeks after dispatch. See Shipping Policy.
What is your return window?
Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days after receipt. Custom, engraved, and Atelier made-to-order items are non-returnable once production begins. Full details: Returns & Refunds.
How do refunds work?
Most catalog returns are issued as instant store credit (bonus rate set by the studio, often 110%+ of the item price). A refund to your original Stripe payment method requires an RMA and customer-paid shipping to our overseas studio; we refund after inspection. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.
Could import duties apply?
Depending on destination, customs authorities may assess import duties or taxes. When applicable, those charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout.

Is Amazing Jewelry moissanite a real diamond?
No. Moissanite is a lab-grown gemstone (silicon carbide), not a mined diamond and not a lab-created high-carbon diamond. Listings name the main stone as moissanite.
What metal are the moissanite pieces made of?
Solid 925 sterling silver with a rhodium finish, hallmarked S925. Accent stones, when present, are AAA Amazing Crystals and are listed apart from the moissanite.
Do moissanite pieces include a GIA or IGI certificate?
No. We do not claim grading-lab paperwork we do not provide. The grade we state on these pieces is VVS1 moissanite.
High-carbon diamond

Is a high-carbon diamond a mined diamond?
No. High-carbon diamond here is a lab-created carbon gemstone. It is not a mined diamond and it is not moissanite.
Are high-carbon pieces certified by GIA or IGI?
No. We do not claim grading-lab certificates we do not have. Read the metal, stone, and hallmark on the product specs.
Cultured pearls

Are these real pearls or imitation beads?
They are cultured pearls, grown with a mollusk, set on solid 925 sterling silver. They are not plastic imitation beads.
How should I care for cultured pearls?
Put them on after perfume and lotion. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not soak the nacre. Store them separately so other jewelry does not scratch the surface.

What are Amazing Crystals?
Amazing Crystals is Amazing Jewelry’s name for the high-grade crystal stones in this collection. They are not moissanite, not lab-created high-carbon, and not mined diamonds.
Quantity, pairs, and minimums

How many pieces do I receive?
The product page is the source of truth. Earrings ship as complete pairs (1 set = 2 earrings). Single pendants include the finished necklace (pendant + chain). Multi-piece listings are priced as the full pack — Dynamic Duo, Dynamic Trio, Curated Suite, Grand Ensemble, or Collector's Vault — never as a divided unit price. Matching-set chains priced as a single piece ship as one necklace, not a pair.
Is this buy-one-get-one?
No. When a listing is a pack, the price is for both pieces. We do not advertise a pair when you receive one.
What metal, length, or gauge am I ordering?
The finish, length, and gauge on the product page are the piece you receive. They also print on your receipt. When a listing shows Size, Metal, Length, or Gauge pickers, choosing a different row can change the price because that row costs more to make. Listings without pickers ship exactly as shown — we do not hide a size or metal matrix behind a single price.
Can I return these pieces?
Catalog (ready-to-ship) jewelry has a 30-day return window after delivery, unworn with tags. Matching-set jewelry is made to order and is not a self-serve return. Email support@amazinndeals.com if something arrived wrong and we will make it right.
What does shipping cost?
US orders $45+ ship complimentary with insured, trackable delivery. Under $45, standard shipping is $5.95. You get a tracking email when the parcel is in the carrier network.
